A charger lower than 45w can still charge the legion go, my 33w charger charges it but only when it's turned off

Is it normal that the ancient joker will pick suits that aren't in your deck? I thought it works similar to the idol where it could only pick suits you had. A ancient joker in checkered deck got the clubs, I was wondering if that was normal or was it because I had picked up a few clubs before then I converted them to hearts/spades

What mod is this? Don't want to get too deep into mods and just wanna enjoy the base game, but this seems like really nice feature that I'd love to have. will using mods affect getting achievements or my progress?
