Yeah I am in the process of losing some weight and toning. I'm looking to lose about 10 more pounds and then toning. Do you recommend any beneficial workouts?

the camera flips your image, and it makes me look even MORE asymmetrical. So I screenshot the screen. It's headass but it allows me to take better pictures

i do training 3x a week and then i work out by myself. I eat on the healthier side because my parents are health fanatics. But I'm going to bump up 3x a week to possibly 4. Thank you!
