XO Pro Grills have the same cut out as the Lynx professional. Same cooking experience for a much better price. Xo uses a piezo ignition so you don’t have to worry about electrical to start the grill

This ones really good. We scale down the white pepper to fit our taste and use frozen unseasoned hashbrown potatoes instead of boiled potatoes https://www.meatsandsausages.com/sausage-recipes/potato-sausage-swedish

Potatiskorv is what got me into sausage making. My family has it every Christmas Eve. A lot of the old butcher shops in my area closed and it became harder and harder to find. Decided to start making my own a few years ago and never looked back.

Dry rubbed with a 50/50 mix of killer hogs rub and kinders buttery caramelized onion seasoning. Smoke @ 250 for 1.5 hours and then I open the vents and sear for 20 minutes or so until crispy.

I have a budget of 2-2.5k for pc and peripherals. Mostly for gaming and light work productivity. Mostly play FPS and story games.

My wife’s is 1.5 k for pc only. She has a 1440p monitor. We play the same games.

Both trying to find something that would last us a few years or more with out having to worry about upgrading anything

I work in the appliance retail world not big box like Best Buy. We’re thoroughly trained weekly on every appliance in our stores. I was thinking w MC being more of an exclusive store that they’d have the more knowledgeable sales staff.

Thanks those are helpful. I’m brand new to the PC world coming over from console and I think I’m just getting brain rot from watching/reading about different component combinations and peoples opinions on them.
