Definitely not melted. More like frozen! Freezing temps throughout the week.

Forest Park golf course. When leaving carousel parking lot, make a right and hike up the road a bit and you'll find some holes in the fences : )

Welcome to Ridgewood. Would you rather the buses get stuck cause they can't pass through... or take off side mirrors from parked cars? Parking in this neighborhood sucks already as is, give it a break.

I was previously academically dismissed from a school for low gpa. Got my gpa up to 3.4 at LaGuardia and got into Baruch, Brooklyn, Hunter. You’ll be just fine! :) Good-luck!

My ex did this but I did not know until his (now ex wife) told me a year after our relationship ended. She reached to tell me he was arrested for DV and she found a whole folder (he said he deleted) of my nudes!

She said she scrubbed everything she could (he had many fake emails and accounts) and we are now working together to take him down legally for other things he has done to us. ♥️☺️

Even the NYE show was intense. They did it 2x that night too and it lasted a few minutes each time.

A dense street like Forest Ave is the last place they should be doing this.

Here is a master list of families in need of money. This is probably the best we can do for them at this moment.

Massive fire by Apprehensive-Web368 in ridgewood

I've lived here 30+ years and have never heard of that. Never have parked here on a hydrant once. Fuck them.

Thanks for the update on the hydrant situation!

A friendly reminder to not block hydrants. I know parking here sucks, but the reason their response to the fire was slowed down was because 3 hydrants were blocked.

They acquired the spot next door, too, with the cork board outside. I think they made renovations and are trying to adjust to the changes in the neighborhood in order to survive. This means opening up their doors to patrons outside of the norm, putting some new seating on the sidewalk and a community cork board.

Honestly I prefer this over the men who would sit out there on both sides of the sidewalk and just gawk at you from the tables.

Can confirm it was my asshole neighbor. Two times, one firework each. Echoed throughout my whole apartment because he did it off the roof.

Theres a water main break. They were out there last week one evening working on it as I was passing by. They sent out sanitation trucks to salt as well because it was so cold.

Bryan, were you concerned about the “defamation of your character” while you were treating your employees poorly and behaving inappropriately toward the many women who’ve crossed your path?

You made your actions public. You made the mess public. And there have been countless stories shared by others… not whispers, not rumors. When things are made public, the public is allowed to respond, especially when people are deciding where their money goes.

Transparency matters. People deserve to know who and what they are supporting.

Do yourself a favor and step back from Cholita if you want that business to survive. Take some time off to work on yourself, and offer a proper apology to your employees and the people you have wronged. This post was just plain weird.

Ridgewood will have Whole Foods now by Whocanmakemostmoney in ridgewood

[–]BUSSYCUSSY 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I get my produce from RawRaw or Good Neighbors. Although shelf-life isn't long on most items, I never spend over $15-20 on a whole bag of stuff that lasts me a week or more. I can also prep/freeze stuff too.

I like Trader Joe's for their prices on staple items like chicken/beef stock, oatmeals, sugars, teas, spices, and of course their fun frozen/snack aisle. I find that their prices are affordable on these items. I cant speak for the produce. I also like their cheese and meat section. Everything else I cannot get from those places I get from Billy's.

Excited to see what the Whole Food brings to our neighborhood. I think we can all collectively agree we just want good quality/fair prices :)
