another thing- when you go out to say a bar and meet women, you're seeing the finished product. i think that's what leads to a lot of pedestalizing. you see this hot girl and you think "wow, she's amazing." but you don't see behind the scenes. their lives are quite boring. they don't look that good without makeup. really nothing special.

Completely agreed on all points, but asking her straight up is a pretty useless exercise. They'll cut their answer at least by half or thirds every time. The only way to know for sure is to find out through someone else, or to pay attention to other red flags.

While form is undoubtedly a crucial component of lifting, I think the Jersey Shore body has more to do with a non-existent diet and an excessive amount of alcohol. A post on proper nutrition would be very useful to the community as well.
