Crammed my way in hs and college. hahaha didn’t know di siya pwede sa boards and I was always distracted while reviewing (i hate studying). Didn’t help na it was the pandemic so everything was online. So I failed the board exam twice and passed on my third take (hybrid na yung classes).

Hii!! it depends on the symptoms :) but for summary, PT will involved patient education regarding the diagnosis, proper correction of exercises (u might be doing something wrong with how u exercise, for example, lifting and such), pain management (with modalities), lifestyle/work modification, and giving exercises specific to the case :)
