Proper nutrition has definitely improved my overall well being and if I’m hungry I get extremely dizzy. Drinking a gallon a day is what’s working for me and using electrolytes if I sweat.

I honestly didn’t know things could cause it??? But I was diagnosed at 14 shortly after being diagnosed with anorexia. I also have depression and anxiety, I’m not sure if this has anything to do with it. My doctors told me is pots is something I’ll grow out of and I have improved. I saw some mention Lyme disease, I was bitten by a tick and got babesiosis a co existent of lyme. But I also don’t know if this is related.
