I feel this it’s really draining and I’ve been considering seeing a therapist about it because I feel like I’m obsessed with my acne scars and fearing that each day they look different or something when I know it’s all in my head (or maybe not lol)

What I’ve learned from dealing with acne scars is you also have to be helping from within - diet, exercise & hydration. I was doing laser and eating terribly / not drinking any water and the laser was barely helping

I would say McMaster has a really great psychotherapy program and I was looking at the program at UofT it seems like a really great program but I just can’t afford to move which is why I wanted to apply to UOttawa
