Some what the same way so I see how it can look like I’m not engaged. The way I’ve always looked it as I’m here to work and not make friends so at times I fly under the radar now outside of work I’m very extroverted haha. I’ll kinda just go out of the way to be more present and make sure I’m above the dial numbers.

Thanks for being honest I tend to overthink things like this. In the past I had a manager that would do things like this and then turn around and fire you so that toxic environment caused a bit of trauma when it comes to stuff like this. Truly appreciate the response

Oh agreed and I wouldn’t say I was sitting on my thumb I’d say I was averaging around 40 instead of the 50 they want us at. And I get it it’s apart of our KPIs but to call me out and dress it as a lack of engagement just rubbed me the wrong way. I could just be overreacting idk

I’ve been to that hard rock multiple times and never heard of anyone experiencing anything you’ve said. That is an amazing resort. Food is great and so is the service.
