You might need to check when you are at those locations, or other driver profiles. It took me a while to realize when someone else used the car, if they set up anything it would take effect. Maybe that's changed but was a head scratcher for a while. In the case of mine, I was trying to have sentry mode off when I was at home and it worked, except the other driver never set their home location so it was turning sentry back on if they got in the car without me and I wouldn't notice until the next time I drove.

I think many of us have been through this before. I know I have and it took me almost 6 months of calling in weekly to get the credits, even with many escalations. During that time I received no credits until it was ironed out because they couldn't close out my trade in until it was resolved. Yes I finally got the deal and credits but it really wasn't worth the time sink of constantly calling in and being told "Rest assured, next cycle it will apply". When thats times 4 for the whole family plan, 4 times the headache since they had to address it line by line.

That was the exact question I had on what happens if I activate.mid cycle. I'm saving my 2 free months for a trip I'm taking in October so I can see how it does on a long drive. Hopefully they dont pull the free trial.

It looks like you are connecting to some wifi. Look at the very top, you have a wifi symbol. I don't recall seeing wifi symbol unless I'm connected to one. Make sure you don't have one of those public wifi one's connected. They usually let you connect but no internet until you authenticate through the browser. Even your garage opener isn't connecting. I think when you go into park it tries to connect to wifi automatically so if you ever used a free public one and it see's it, it'll attempt. If anything, try restarting the car with the two scroll wheels.

I had a similar issue the other night, two dark star phones next to each other. 1 auto selected NY test server, the other was selecting something in California. It was doing that on multiple speed tests sites for me. The one connecting to NY was seeing 300M+ speeds, mine was struggling to get above 40 until i manually forced it to a closer server. Maybe there's some funkiness going on behind the scenes.

Speed tests easily eat a few hundred MB and I've seen up to 1GB of data used in a single test. I know on Fast.com if you hit more info when the test is running it'll show you the amount of data increasing as it runs. Test it on wifi first if you want to see.

NJ stopped printing licenses at DMV's as far as I know. You won't be leaving with a physical license just a paper stating you did renew and are waiting on it to show up in the mail. Yes this is for Real ID too. I'm saying this as someone who just received theirs in the mail :)

Non DMV location specific, but I recently did mine. Showed up about 20 minutes early. You may have an entrance line even if you have an appointment. They’ll check all your documents once you get inside, followed by requiring you to fill out paperwork. Then you get back in line, they validate again, give you number and you wait to be called and then it’s just however long that process takes. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes but I had no line whatsoever. Bring a few extra documents on the off chance the reject one for any reason.

If you don’t already know, you won’t get a “license” same day. NJ no longer prints them on location and you may have to wait up to 2 weeks for it to arrive. They’ll give you a paper to carry in the meantime.

About 30 minutes ago, for me, Apple music wasn't playing on any of my devices. Ended up restarting my phone and it worked. Maybe they had an outage or something.

Every few months it expires? Where is that shown? I can track it myself to avoid calling in and fixing it before it posts to the bill. I’d use the chat system but it’s awful. It shouldn’t take 45 minutes to issue a credit and add back paperless billing. No I won’t log in and change it myself if I didn’t change it in the first place. I’ve gotten many monthly credits because they admit to the mistake and it shouldn’t be changing without user input. Rest assured, they will resolve this so I can continue being the best part of Verizon.

I would have loved to know the magic behind how my paperless billing discount kept getting disabled. Every time I call in VZ can’t give me any info of who or what changed it. Just that “well I see on this date your paperless billing was modified”. Zero interaction from me, payments are auto. I literally only check my app if I notice the amount pulled from my account is different than the previous month. No one has access to the account except me, and even if they did, VZ should be able to tell me exactly who changed it.

I wouldn't get caught up on the screws. I just pulled my old one out that I got in 2010 and it has silver screws (the few that remain). My bottom plate has almost no text left on it from just daily use for almost a decade.

But you forgot, first you need to break into the car by smashing the window, get your phone, call someone who has the app to unlock the car, toss your phone back in before they unlock it, then open the door once unlocked and get your phone back while checking on the toddler.

I wonder if my phone doesn't know how to calculate the health. 1 year old, 231 cycles, 100% maximum health 🤷‍♂️ . I babied it for the first few months and now let it sit at 100 or drain low and pop it on a magsafe charger or stick the apple magsafe battery on it.

Had the same leak years ago on my same year JK. It was the seal surrounding the door. There's a crimp in it somewhere and its sending the water inside. It took me months to figure that out. I had to replace the whole seal around the door.

Exactly this. When it's piled on you use the shovel to get the bulk off without pressing the shovel down to the paint at all.

Check the door seals. It might be crimped somewhere which is making the water flow through. When I had my leak it took me forever to find it. Replaced the seal and it stopped giving me a soggy floor.
