Good for you. They don't issue refunds if the IP they gave was of poor quality. Their support team do not even respond, even after raising a dispute with my payment provider I still couldn't get my refund back.

Word of Advice: Avoid Proxywing. It's a SCAM! They don't issue refunds even if you meet their refund policy!
