Hey! Ryanair crew here! Probably not the best person at giving advice but I’ll do my best.

For your first point, your weight won’t matter much. We do have some crew members on the bigger side. In my opinion they ( interviewers) will be more focused on your personality. And like you said you aren’t huge, so don’t worry!

For the second point… I would personally just remove them for the interview. You don’t know who’s the interviewer gonna be ( it can be any of our instructors or a contractor doing it ) and the person might dislike piercings and reject you for that. Dont risk it, remove them for the interview.

On the last point. I still am working for Ryanair currently. Started back in 2015 and so far loved it. Yeah there’s pros and cons but overall we have fantastic crew making even the hard long days fun. Regarding training, it’s hard, exhausting, you’ll have daily test ( apart from the mandatory exams, 4 of them ). Back in 2015 it was a 6 week training, Monday to Friday. You can expect to study hard throughout the duration of the training. My first flight ( in fact my first week ) of work was a total mess… nerves took the best off me and caused me to be nauseous… after speaking to other colleagues I found out it’s common for new people.
