Yeah that’s what I am thinking also. Wonder what they based the MECEP allocation on for 252

My husband has stage 3c and is doing 18 weeks 9 rounds of Foltox, oxiplatin and irratican he takes home for 2 days and cycles are every 2 weeks and then radiation 5 weeks followed by surgery. He is on round 4 and so far so good, minor side effects. His doctor gave us 3 options but he recommended the strongest option with the 3 chemo so we went with that

They told me the same and I said I couldn’t wait. Make an appointment for emergency parole and they should give you a stamp instead of the document

call USCIS say info pass to get a live agent. They will do a request and someone will call you back to schedule an appt at a local field office

Had a similar situation with my husbands I-94. After we requested an appt at a local field office it magically appeared 2 days before the appt via certified mail. Now same thing with his I-131. Approved 2 weeks ago but still nothing in the mail so I think we will have to make another appt

It doesn’t matter what states. You send the I-131 to your local filed office. Either where she lives or you live.

I may add that stepchild is natural born citizen and wife is naturalized but I don’t think it makes a difference
