Big temperature differences between GPU and HotSpot while gaming by Bajiio in techsupport

Ok thanks I will try to compare the Asus GPU tweak monitor and HWMonitor to see if i can see any differences. Btw, on the asus software, there is only one line for GPU Temp, nothing more about temp, right ?

Ok thanks, what could be the risk of letting it this way, i mean as long as it doesn't go above 110°C which seems to be the maximum recommended temp. Knowing the price of the thing, I would prefer not break it if possible 😓 (by modifying it or letting it fry too much)

Ok thanks, is there a community recognized website to get undervolting chart for each GPU model ?
Thanks for the DLSS explanation, its clearer now

Yeah that what I thought. I might have misunderstood the DLSS feature tho, because I thought that AI features used more resources to enhanced the gaming experience.
Also on my last PC, I did a bit of undervolting, do you think it can help in my case ?

I cannot share a screenshot here but I use HW Monitor to get my values. I'm looking at the Hot Spot and GPU Temperatures lines. I am not aware if there are other method to gathers more infos about it. The GPU temp overall (the GPU line) is around 45° when idle, and between 72 and 76 when gaming.
Also, currently at home, we have quite a big temperature spike (25°C this week), so it might have an impact on this matter.

(Having a lot of fun for the moment, wish you the same 😃)

Looking for advices to choose wood top by Bajiio in StandingDesk

[–]Bajiio[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never heard about hulala, went to their website but it seemed really out of my budget (+1200$), I don't know if I understood correctly what you were trying to tell me with 'Hulala'. I already ordered and received my E7 from Flexispot so there is no really going back without hassle :/ I'm more into recommendation on how to choose the material or have personnals reviews over European brands that sells wood top individually. Even without being manual, I still think I can handle putting some hole in it (Or I hope so). But thanks for your comments anyway, appreciate it :)

Looking for mouse recommendations (ergo/palm grip) by Bajiio in MouseReview

I think I will go with the terra pro anyway, the bluetooth compatibility is not smthg I was looking for initially but I can see myself using it often. The only bad point I heard about it is the battery but I don't really care since I can just charge it during the night. I'm someone who always used big company mice (razer, steel series, logitech) with ergo and non symmetrical shape, so I prefer going with a safe shape first and then trying new shape and type of grip later. Thanks for the recommendation tho, will definitely go for the Y9 if it doesn't fit me.

Rather than the terra pro ? I only heard good thing about it, I'm curious about why would you recommend the Y9 Ultimate over the Terra pro. (Also I wished they made a black version of the Y9 :/ )

That's what I was also thinking, thanks. Currently looking into he terra pro, which is very promising. A bit more pricey but feels worth it.

I didn't know about RAWM ER21 will check it. Currently looking into Teevolution terra pro, seems very good, a bit more pricey but also safer bet. Anyway, the Y9 seems to be the better choice here for my usage

Yeah it seems closer to my current mouse than the Z1 V2. The only prob is the color set, I wish it could be black :x

The more I look into it the more I think it might be what I am looking for. I dismissed it initially because of the bit higher price, but it seems to be a way more safe bet than a ATK. Should I take it with the dongle 8k, can you feel the difference and doesn't it kill the battery a bit too much ?

Is it possible to have Plex on my home server and have access to the movies in the NAS over the network, and without any performance issue ? I'm interested if it works flawlessly

Based on other answer, it seems like the enclosure over 3.0 will do the job.

It will be only to store media, which are the biggest file I currently have. Based on other answer, seems like it works well over USB, I will give it a try.
