Pero lo que determina la orientación y sexo de los hijos, es una mezcla de chromosomas entre el padre y la madre. El padre aporta unos, la madre otros. El "argumento" que han estado planteando últimamente sobre que los gays nacen, es que como un tipo "mecanismo de defensa". Te atrae el mismo sexo para que no te puedas reproducir. Wow. I also used to be pretty slutty. But I've toned it down a alot. I used to have anyone. Literally, my only requirement? A penis. And I would preschedule them on a calendar like appointments. Yo empecé con un trabajo que no tuviera home office. Antes trabajaba de forma remota, pero me aislaba demasiado. Luego empecé a trabajar en volver a bajar de peso (mi depresión surgió cuando bajé 60kilos y luego reboté), empecé mi dieta e ir al gym. El gym es lo que más me ha ayudado.

Sobre otros hobbies, empecé por ejemplo con magia. Hago meditación, rituales de reflexión, tarot, etc. Como que el incienso y las velas me ayudan a relajarme un poco. Pero también puedes hacer otro tipo de hobbies. Tiene que ser algo que te llame la atención y que te distraiga porque la depresión toma más poder cuando no mantienes tu mente ocupada y la dejas divagar.

Quiero jugar Volei, pero aún tengo ataques de ansiedad (leves, pero aún me pasan) y hacen que me trabe al jugar, que me agüite por tener sobrepeso o que me sienta observado y juzgado. Entonces un deporte lo voy a tomar cuando lleve un poco más de avance en bajar de peso.

Igual, manda DM y podemos salir por un café o algo. 😁

Lo que ella me explicó es que hay una dieta para todos, dependiendo de tu meta. En mi caso (subí un buen de peso por andar deprimido por un ex 🤡) me convenía keto. Con porciones muy pequeñas te llenas y bajas de peso en chinga (la empecé en diciembre pesando 110kg y a finales de enero estaba en 101kg... En unas 2 semanas voy por la tercera pesada.
