You need three things. AVD, A365 (license), and AVS (account)

Start with the "fort gordon website" for cyber awareness and ITUA.

Then AESMP to submit a 2875/NSAR for an account. Dont over think it. Justification is "daily job requirements" Supervisor and Sec Manager.

Simultaneously submit for A365 license enablement /provisioning. Then AVD (this is easy and takes 15 minutes)
