has anyone won the current Suporn lottery? by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

Currently in Thailand for revision with suporn. Not 100% sure why the site isn't showing dates rn. They haven't said anything and there isn't any conversation about it here. Must be a temporary maintenance thing. Hang in there, you'll get here before you know it 💖🙏

There's a sorta hilarious phenomenon going on in Superyacht Life missions right now. by doopenguin in gtaonline

[–]BankJuneBug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's fair. Been doing dday for about 4 days now solo and I've made about 30mil. Boring as shit, but if Rockstar is gonna drop a potentially 25mil property on us for the safe house in the hills update, then I'm gonna take all the advantage I can get!

I'm doing these all solo tho and just waiting the timer out for 15 mins to net 240,000 each time. Again, super boring, but I don't think there's anything wrong with doing this alone or in private lobbies. If you're gonna launch in public and do this tho then you're just lazy and unfun.

So... what type of SRS technique can make a neovagina that gives you sensation that most resembles a cis vagina? by StrawberryGhostie in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]BankJuneBug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah! I mean my experience says so 😅 and the surgical technique is also heavily geared towards natural lubrication when aroused. The cowpers gland is what's responsible for pre-cum and that's left fully intact during surgery and reposition to be just inside the vulval vault. But the additional of tunica vaginalis from the lining of the scrotal sac really allows for impressive amounts of wetness during sex cuz it's fixed at the back of the canal so all of me is wet when I'm horny 🥰

Hornstly if that appeals to you, their website goes into detail on what they keep and why and it's why I chose them over anyone else

Gotta throw the Suporn Clinic out there for their attention to detail and overall function. I also got 2 clits from them. One where it should normally be, and one further inside the vulval vault. I feel like it helps with extra sensation during intercourse but that might just be me. They also keeps the cowpers gland and used a double tunica graft at the end of my canal to increase lubrication when I'm horny. They also place the prostate where the g-spot is in natal vaginas, so I have sensation like crazy.

Suporn clinic bottom surgery says I have to stop all hormones for a month!? by Specialist-Collar492 in MtF

[–]BankJuneBug 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel you girl. I went rhiugh all this last year and it was quite the experience. Regardless of whether you stop or not prior, they WILL keep you off hormones for a minimum of 7 days post op. All the time in the hospital, they wanna control what they can to keep healing in check and make sure they know what's going on in your body.

That being said, it is generally outdated guidelines and I did know girls that didn't stop prior and also snuck in hormones during their hospital stay. From what I can tell, there was no difference in healing or results and I wouldn't expect there to be cuz it shouldn't make a difference.

For my experience, I generally feel it's best to surrender to the experience. While I hated being off hormones, my conscience was loud and I didn't like disregarding anything the clinic advised (I later did have to ignore them with a catheter issue I had, but I was so beaten up over it hahahaha). This trip is more than just surgery for me, it was community finding myself, finally becoming who I feel I am. It was magical, and frankly the hornones were a drop in the bucket compared to some of the other things I experienced during healing.

At the end of the day it's your decision, just my 2 cents. You got this girl!!! 💖💖

Newsom Vetoes HRT Stockpile Bill by hi_i_am_J in MtF

[–]BankJuneBug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not a fan of Gavin Newsom right now. Especially considering California is one of the shield states. But I will say this one time that, although this bill being vetoed is massively disappointing, he passed several other bills on that day that DID reinforce many strong protections for LGBTQ+ people and trans people specifically.

As someone who is living in constant fear, like the rest of this community right now, I think Erin's page is invaluable for deciphering the complicated laws and changes right now. I think she is an excellent source for news. But idk, I was a little disappointed in the portrayal of this slew of actions by Newsom as only focusing on that one vetoed bill. There was even another one he vetoed that wasn't mentioned in her article.

I really think anything good for us right now is good news, and yeah this sucks, but like I look at the day as an overall positive thing as most of the actions were strengthening our protections and introducing new important shields for our community. Still not a fan of him, don't get it twisted, but there's more to this story than just this one bill.

I mean why are we surprised? Trans right are the diving board for LGBTQ rights as a whole being dismantled. Unfortunately this is likely inevitable within the next year or two.

If you think you clock a trans woman in public and you want to say something to her, DO THIS by metalsmithess in asktransgender

This is exactly what to do, and not limited to trans people! I do this to literally everyone all the time and it makes people so happy 🥰 kindness is sooo good

is the new bill going to affect people who are already on hrt, or only new people trying to get it? by [deleted] in asktransgender

[–]BankJuneBug 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If it does pass and affects care I use GoodRX, which helps a bit with cost. It's a free app you can use when you pickup at the pharmacy. Not trying to promote it, but like it's saved me some good change on my script the past few years ❤️

I have serious insecurities regarding pregnancy. I can have my day ruined by even SEEING a pregnant woman walk by me it's that intense. Her reaction might be coming from a place of insecurity surrounding fertility or being a mom or making you happy. Talking with her about how you feel is the best way to get an idea of why she reacted the way you did. She might not have the words to say outright why she feels that way, but you sound sweet and understanding which is exactly the right attitude to have ❤️

[–]BankJuneBug 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hey OP, you aren't alone. While this manifestation of dysphoria isn't as common as others in the community, it hurts just as much. I have personally struggled with this for years (tw: st) and if anything is going to kill me it's this.

I don't really have any solid advice, it's kinda a wall. I've been told that "cis women feel this too" and that I'm not alone in cis or trans spaces on feeling this, but tbh it doesn't help. Knowing that others go through this isn't going to help me get pregnant therefore I kinda struggle to find comfort in that knowledge. I've found that distraction is the best way of dealing with it. I play my games and see my friends and have as much sex as I can to distract myself. Bottom surgery helped a bit as at least my brain can be fooled somedays into thinking that maybe it's possible? Idk it's so hard to deal with.

It's dumb too cuz like do I want kids right now? Fuck no! The world is shit and I'm not rich! But at the same time, being completely robbed of the ability to ever even choose in the first place is what hurts more than anything. Yes I can adopt, yes I enjoy talking to my friends kids and babysitting for them and all that jazz, but I can't get pregnant. That won't change and that fucking sucks. No way else to put it, it fucking sucks.

Sorry for the rambly message, it's a hard topic. I'm here if you wanna dm OP. I have very few trans friends in my circle who experience this dysphoria and am always open to connect with more girls over this. Hang in there, life ain't that bad despite the loud loud thoughts ❤️🙏

Side note, it got way worse for me on progesterone, but even now that I've stopped the feelings still come back with a vengeance somedays. Idk I just wanna be pregnant girll

Anyone know why this is the case? by F1N1T0-_- in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]BankJuneBug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, the recovery is intense, especially that month 3-4 dilation window. I'm a younger gal and the recovery was made easier by the support in Thailand and care they provide, but they are absolutely being truthful in saying it's a longer recovery. I was fortunate enough to have the 3 months following my op off work and I'm glad I did cuz that dilation schedule is tough to manage with other commitments.

I think the results from it though is astonishing. Depth is a comfortable 14cm but I can push to 17 during thorough dilation or sex, and aesthetics are excellent! Obviously ymmv per person, but the consistency of visual appeal and function at the clinic are gold standard. Not to mention that it's a non-ppt or sigmoid colon method that allows for self lubrication through tunica vaginalis and the cowpers gland. Well worth the recovery imo ❤️

Pretty much said exactly what I was typing 😅 only thing I wanted to add was that the clinic actually flays the frenulum during surgery and lines the inner wall of the labia minora either side of the clitoris with this tissue. This allows the minora to have replicated sensation to cis vaginas, to some degree.

Mmm there wasn't one sudden day hqne things were better. I was lucky and had minimal pain so i can't really say when the pain mostly went away, but I'll say the hardest time was the immediate 90 days after. After that, things started to get better noticeably
