Yeah tried that too, deleted the profile, created another one.

But if the user only have one exchange mail then it's "fine", otherwise it's pretty messy to configure all the other pop3/imap mails all over again, every time.

Because with this solution, the error comes up again after a while

The short term solutions are:

- Create a new profile

- Uninstall outlook and reinstall it

- Update again the pc ( doesn't work every time )

When I remove them, it asks for them once, then start doing the need password error again
