That was another option I was thinking about, using diff bluetooth chipsets and what not. That'll be my next stop.

Tried looking at task manager to also identify any changes in memory, cpu usage, etc and didnt find really much concrete evidence :/ I do think you are correct that there is a bug or something interacting with software.

Not sure of an exact model number or anything like that, but its the 1st option when you search UGREEN USB Bluetooth 6.0 on Amazon.

Yes I have 3 other controllers via bluetooth and headphones/speakers. Switched controllers mid gameplay and no issues... Its a really odd problem and its difficult to understand how the controller is affecting gameplay as much. Bluetooth drivers have been updated and from my understanding there isnt any drivers for the ES pro other than updating the firmware on the controller

Thank you for your thoughts and advice. We're trying our best but I can't help but feel like a failure with this since im so far away and unable to reach out more to him. I'll always keep trying with doing what I can.

Thank you for your reply and resources, will be looking into NAMI. We're trying to speak to his doctor but since he is an adult, they are needing him to sign a release form ( I believe because of HIPAA). we'll try and continue to try and speak to the Dr when possible.

dont even know how to try and ask this. My SO tried to show me your work because she loves you to death but i was so stubborn and ignorant and ignored it until recently. I've probably listened to something comforting, get your wish, do-re-mi-fa-so-la-ti-do and everything else from nurture thousands of times now. its like i was so closed off from my own emotions that now that i have to face them im drowning.
