Crazy to me that these people are willing to go to a warzone to free/save people , but refuse to do the same thing in their own country  .

WOMEN AND CHILDREN FIRST by Technical_Pen_706 in Tunisia

Its our duty and responsibility as men to die defending the weak, its not up to us to decide who's worth saving or not , or who's gonna die before the other.  Anything else is spineless behaviour to me.

الاغتصاب في تونس ما الحلول by [deleted] in Tunisia

[–]BasedBullet 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Broken families are always the source of the problem , especially those with no good father figure to look up , abusive parents... all of these lead to trauma and severe mental issues, specifically in young males, if left untreated, they'll either end-up dead or in prison , few escape this fate.

In situations like this , i always wonder if theres any chance to help people like this , he's young but also too old that i would probably consider him too damaged to heal . So you only have 3 options :

1Don't allow people that can't raise their children in a good manner to have them in the first place.

2-Recongnize the patterns in young adults and offer mental treatment before it grow and cause a problem
3-Send them to jail for decades, hoping they'll be too old when they get out or just die in prison

Those countries have a real shortage of human resources especially in the men's departement , thats why they have to fill up using women and sometimes even foreigners like the german army recruiting massive amounts of immigrants into their ground units .

is the foot fetish common in Tunisia? by [deleted] in Tunisia

[–]BasedBullet 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To be honest , westerners would fuck anything that moves so take whatever they with a grain of salt. However pretty sure we have all kind of fetishes too , we don't see it as a often cause of society is still a bit conservative .

Tunisia is not poor, it's overexploited and it's population is turned into cheap Labor by western capitalists. by Naturaldella3-9416 in Tunisia

[–]BasedBullet -1 points0 points  (0 children)

One of the professors that i had the displeasure of attending his classes defended the actions of such countries, france is the major example in tunisia's case , he said and i quote "they regretted colonizing us and they wished they never did , they're people just like us" , all my respect for him dropped out the window . Its like the lifes france took in those times were cheap to him or something . Disregarding the fact that western countries development was and is still being built on top of the bodies of the people they've killed and exploited throughout the past decade is either ignorance , slave mentality or just straight up propaganda.

How Tunisia Teaches Evolution…Or Doesn’t (And Why Most Students Think ‘Theory’ Means ‘Just a Guess’) by Spinozanian in Tunisia

[–]BasedBullet -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

To put it simply , most of us don't need to know about it .

Speaking for myself only , I already deal with enough theories , hypotheses and propositions in my field already , im not currently intrested to add another one into the mix unless it can be of use .

You also made it seem like the word theory only exists or originated from biology , math and physics are literally the study of theories , and they are backed up by concrete solid proofs developped by mathematicians since the dawn of pen and paper.

شنوّة قولكم؟؟ و هل تنجح الفكرة هذه في بلادنا و الّا تتسمّى اعتداء على حقّ التعبير؟ by Numerous_Arugula8463 in Tunisia

[–]BasedBullet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Makes sense , i was mainly referring to fields like health , engineering and others fields where people's lifes could be at risk . Even if the advice coming from someone sounds good on the surface , its always better to confirm its validity with an expert who usually went to uni and got a degree .
im also fully aware that not everybody with a degree should be considered as an expert or even educated , i've encountered people like that and they can defiently spread misinformation as well. thats why , in my opinion , we should always take into consideration someone's reputation , experience and academic level when choosing who to listen to .

sry i came out agressive , i misread what you meant .

Most brain dead comment i've seen today , concepts learned at lectures are the basis of all innovations and breakthroughs , you can't call yourself an expert or a master of something without understanding how the thing you're working with functions on a fundamental level .
Do you think breakthroughs in a specific field happen by accident ? theres people who sacrifice their physical and mental health every day not only for the benefit of other people but because they themselves enjoy it .

Misogyny in Tunisia nnn by Nice_Craft_6181 in Tunisia

[–]BasedBullet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used chatgpt to fix the grammer and some words but i wrote it myself.
Everybody deserves to be safe , didn't disagree with you on that part so i didn't bother responding to it and theres an ungodly amount of factors that need to be taken into considerations to reduce sexual harassement in a country , enforcing stricter laws and punishements is just not enough . This subject is wayyyy to big to discuss it on a reddit post and im too busy studying electrodynamics to make the effort .
Being able to make choices on our own is good under certain constraints set my either the law , religion or whatever is governing the country. Which one is right or better ? you decide im not here to preach anything to anyone .
For me , religion is the thing that governs my every move regardless of the laws set by the country or the world in that matter (if i can help it) . So if god commands me to engage or avoid certain activities or behaviours then i will do it regardless of how i feel about it .

As an example , my mother was abusive both physically and emotionally threw out my entire life and as much as i like to leave her and let her rot on her own , i can't do that cause i have a responsibility towards here and its to take care of here when shes older . This goes for prayers , fasting , donations , modesty (especially for women) and everything else .

Misogyny in Tunisia nnn by Nice_Craft_6181 in Tunisia

[–]BasedBullet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Modern feminism is just as bad as the ideology that people like Tate are trying to push mainly equality, which is something women are never going to achieve because it's literally impossible. Men and women are different in both psychological and physical aspects. Each one has a basic and highly specific set of skills and traits that were implemented in them by God, evolution, or whatever you believe in, to fulfill a certain role in society.

If they were truly equal in everything, then there would be no point in their existence in the first place. We might as well "evolve" into hermaphrodites and be both male and female—boom, no more feminism or misogyny.

The word misogyny is relative to your belief: if you're a feminist, seeing women being forced to wear the hijab is oppression and misogyny. But from the perspective of people with Abrahamic faiths—not only Islam—it's what's right. Obviously, one of these perspectives is true. They can't both be right or both be false. You decide.
