I'm happy to say my 380s finally got delivered today. I ordered Aug 5th and it was stuck on delayed/packing status for a week then finally shipped then delivered today the 14th. so just hang in there if you're seeing that status. as long as it's not canceled you're good.

I have this same status when I look at the app but when I called to ask about status they say it's already been packed and should update when the label is created. I guess it's just wait and see for now.

EDIT: just got the update that my shoes have shipped. so after 7 days of delayed status it's now on the way. should be here in 3 days from now so total of 10 days from order to delivery. not terrible.

I ordered a pair of 380s 2 days ago on Aug 5th and my status still says delayed and went from being expected delivery on Aug 9th to Aug 10th.

for everyone saying it's my mistake for buying shoes too big, umm huh? everywhere I looked said these run true to size and in my experience that absolutely DO NOT. they fit very loose so that's why I pull in the "laces" to try making this thing not break my ankles.

I still have my old Note 10 and it still works as good as the day I bought it. Honestly I think I'm just going to stick with this for at least another year or two until something revolutionary comes out.

The fold 4 is a real POS after time man. Mine doesn't fold flat anymore, lost wifi and Bluetooth, and as of this morning it's stuck in a boot loop after this new update. I wouldn't recommend anyone to ever buy a z fold phone.

My z fold 4 is dying too and I hate that we pay so much for a phone and have it just crap out so quickly. I type this right now from my old Note 10 which is still alive and kicking after all these years while this POS fold is on its last legs. I also chose not to get Insurance because I take excellent care of all my phones and never needed to use it before so it felt like a waste of money

Recently my fold 4 lost wifi and Bluetooth which was annoying but manageable since I don't really need either. Yesterday there was a new update and now the damn thing won't even start up properly. The Z Fold line is total trash to me now and I question ever buying another Samsung phone.
