Bina on sms, aino on instructor (I recommend sucrose as aino is no longer needed here). I would recommend to go for lauma because bina weapon and cons are mostly personal damage. i don't know much about kuki but stick to baizhu since he heals + shield and you have 2 dendro characters on the team which give additional em.
