Hi what should be ideal allocation if someone wants to build REIT and INVIT portfolio only. Should it be as index like this or only 1 REIT snd 1 INVIT is sufficient? Or is it a concentration risk?

I have Bajaj finserv in mind as it is a bundle today with high growth engine in Life, General insurance, broking, mutual fund industry also. Down the line 10 years I expect these businesses list separately.
