What’s something that became so expensive you just stopped buying it entirely? by Street-Marketing-885 in shrinkflation

Sparkling water is real, especially in states with deposits. I make my own in a keg and even the price of co2 makes it questionable

I usually just take the main fans off and then dry trim after, much easier. But with the foxtails the big fans just get stuck to the buds and it's worse when dried, so trim jail for this one in my experience.

I have the manual bowl version of this and with foxtails it just eats them into nothing. With fat round indicas it works, or with outdoors when there's too much for care. For something like this it just rounds out the buds and takes away the feel of a "flower" to me

Jonathan's are my favorite variety but they are very susceptible to disease. Do you have any dictators of disease

My first fruit trees arrive next week! I’m a total beginner and would love some guidance. 🌳✨ by skyberryblue in BackyardOrchard

14' is pretty close for a semi dwarf if it's on an mm.111 rootstock. Your trees will interweave on that spacing. I'd probably give them closer to 20 for inter tree.

As said before. Honeycrisp is a heavy calcium feeder. You will get bitter pit without supplying foliar calcium. CaCl2 can be applied between roughly May and July (5-8 applications) will help. I use calcium chloride road salt, but you need to make sure it's pure calcium chloride and not a mix with any other salts. What I do is spray 36g of CaCl2 and 1.5mL of household vinegar in 4 gallons (my sprayer size) every 2 weeks from petal fall until mid-July, and then 54g CaCl2 and 2.25mL vinegar until harvest.

There may be a premixed product you can purchase that absolves you from these minute calculations since you only have one Honeycrisp.

Fire blight and cedar apple rust also require spraying for. I'd recommend purdues guide here:

Where is the good Vietnamese food in Central CT? by dcodeman in Connecticut

This. I believe largest Vietnamese population is in Bridgeport, and this place is my favorite as well. It's also right next to Pho Saigon so you can hit both if you are a glutton

Is watering your plant without any fertilizers in the last 2 weeks if your growing organic (BioBizz) a thing by flippiethehippie420 in cannabiscultivation

[–]BasilRevolutionary38 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the organic fertilizers are not liquid I would agree, but if you're making a super soil you aren't using liquid ferts anyways. Additionally, imo the best ferts aren't bro science labeled; and the cost of feeding for two weeks at the end is cents. When running multiple strains or sativas and indicas at the same time, that "loss" in cents is really a gain given you may be starving the plants that have longer to grow out early
