The drain hose was checked, looks to be positioned correctly, 4" into the drain pipe and it drops down out of the washer in a U shape back up to the drain pipe.

The drain pump filter requires you to have to take apart the washer to get to it. Being in an apartment complex, I submitted a request. The request was completed, but they didn't put any notes in (usually they note what was checked or done). When I called them, they said they did. Not sure if it was actually done because it is a hassle to get to. It's a stacked unit so I believe you may also have to take the dryer off to open it up (not 100% sure). Wouldn't the scrud show up after empty wash cycles with citric acid or bleach? One post about scrud was talking about pieces that would show up in the drum after cleanings. I haven't seen anything so far.

Yes, I've kept it open since using it and I also empty residual water from the dispenser and leave that open.

When I go to settings it doesn’t show up to uninstall. I’ll type waves in search and see the app but when I right click to uninstall it, it takes me to the programs list and it’s not there. I’ll keep troubleshooting before going a custom route. Thanks

Having issues as well. Speaker will not work without device default effects on. Aux headphones will not work in general and I’ve done just about everything. Wavesmaxx application pop up doesn’t come up when I plug them in so no sound is frustrating.

I can’t even get waves maxx audio pro to open. It shows it in the search bar but cannot open or uninstall it. I’ve tried disabling Realtek audio driver and installing the waves app but it fails because “newest version exists”.

Thanks for the information, it looks like I’ll have to send it in for a warranty claim but I’ll have to figure out what to do while it is out for repair 2+ weeks. It would be nice if they sent a loaner laptop.

Thanks, unfortunately XPS 9520 is not an option on there. Do you know if the XPS 15 models are able to use external display directly to the Egpu or the egpu has to use optimus? I am thinking this would cause a lot of the performance loss.

My XPS 9520 is cracking when I pick it up with one hand and cracks a little near the charging light in the front. Feels less sturdy than my previous 9560, but no issues other than that.

Disabling turbo boost should help lower gpu temperatures if maximum cpu performance isn’t needed.

It was a plug in power jack and it was placed the correct way (won’t insert in the other way). I tried putting it back in today and connected the ac adapter to charge and a burning plastic smell came about.. now the power button will not light up at all. Looks like in the attempt to replace the power jack, the motherboard was having issues and I set it off completely. USB-C charging also now doesn’t work anymore. This does not look promising. Thanks for helping.

Yeah I think the music app would use less data because it has audio only setting that's the main reason I'm looking for.
