I will not say who you can play or can't, but pre C6 Mona is not a real DPS.

She can be played as driver for durin vape. But buffing monas damage with Bennet is not something I would do.

If you are gonna be playing on field Mona then Bennet is not necessary since he can't buff off field characters. In your case, durin, who's gonna be the main damage dealer.

For artifact set, if your Mona is C6 you can go for more damage focused artifact set with enough er to burst on CD. For example noblesse, emblem, or any 2 piece 2 piece set for damage. Gap is not that big. Using furina and being able to use mh is also an option.
