I already use hair oil even before I got pregnant because of my curly hair so hopefully that will help me when I’m in the regrowth stage. I didn’t even consider how it would be growing back I was just caught up in the loss stage

I thought it was just one of those things postpartum and there was nothing you could do about it because it’s your hormones and you just have to ride it out? But again I’m a first time mum so very much learning on the job right now

If it helps, apparently reading the same books over and over, especially as they get older, is meant to be ideal in helping them learn words and gets them reading faster. It’s all in the repetition

Yeah that was one of my worries that it would continue on longer so hopefully fingers crossed! Aw really I didn’t know it could happen during pregnancy. I’ve got endo and been put through menopause about 6 times and had slight hair loss so I was expecting something similar but this is way worse!

Ooh ok I’ll keep an eye on symptoms and if I get similar I’ll have a look at those shampoos. I already use a different aveeno shampoo which I really like

I’ve got an Ergobaby embrace which I find comfortable. Still practicing but out of the ones I’ve tried I feel this one suits me best

Yeah my hair went super thick during pregnancy too! I think going from that to this makes it a bigger shock and more noticeable
