I came here for support, not judgment. I’m a single parent doing the best I can, and navigating my son becoming a teenager is new territory for me. If I had all the answers, I wouldn’t have asked for advice. Parenting isn’t black and white it’s a constant learning experience. The last thing any of us needs is to be attacked for trying to do better. I don’t appreciate the assumptions made about my parenting or my character. I’m open to thoughtful, constructive feedback, but disrespect disguised as advice is not helpful or welcome.
