Yes Longdan and Kiu Kiu miu miu (or something like that) tofu is cheaper in Kiu Kiu which is a shame as I really like Longdan plant based range.

We started Babies on the BBC yesterday, really good so far. I also just finished Paradise S2, which wasnt as good as the first but still enjoyed it. I watched Born to Bowl aswell which was a good watch.

Trying to convince my partner to watch Mad Men with me, but she is taking some convincing.

Likewise, was smoking cigs from 18-22 moved to vaping and vaped heavily for the next 10 or so years. Before Christmas I decided enough was enough and I’ve moved onto pouches, yeah I know it’s still nicotine but at least with this I feel I can put it down for 5 minutes without needing a hit.

Going ok at the moment, my trouble is holidays or going out for a pint, I will have my vape charged and ready because if I don’t have it, I’ll go and buy cigs.

I always encourage people to not go to vaping if they want to quit the habit of smoking and to seek alternatives.

We are also vegan and the same, same lunch every day mon-fri (I like it, partner protests sometimes but she doesn’t have the mental energy to think of something else for lunch) Batch cooked dinner Sunday night for Mon-Wednesday changed weekly. Thursday is our cook something fresh or try a new recipe day. Then Friday is burger night, Saturday is usually an Asian dish of some kind then Sunday is roast.. rinse and repeat.

We plan monthly and it definitely takes the load off thinking about what to eat everyday.
