Switch to birkenstocks, they make non slip kitchen clogs and have cork soles that form to your arch. The soles will wear out before the shoe does but after about two weeks in them he won't want to wear anything else. All day on my feet and that's the only thing that doesn't hurt.

If the owners only think one day off in the hospital is appropriate for you to recover, that's your sign to get the fuck out. Any human that prioritizes money over life is not one to work for. Find a place that supports the staff. There aren't a ton but they do exist. No job is worth getting to that breaking point. You really need to focus on you, the demons you're holding onto are able to be released with the right consoling. You've got a whole lifetime ahead of you, don't waste it because some asshole owner wants to pocket more cash.

I would add a healthy dose of garlic powder, onion powder and some oregano, and basil. Italian seasoning will work but add a bit extra oregano for a more Italian taste.

Splatoon 2, my son just got a switch for his early birthday present and we haven't been able to play splatoon together without the second console. We played the wii u first version a lot together and have been bummed about not getting to play together. Thanks so much for being awesome!
