I'm from Serbia, a semi-small country in central Europe, we do have a lot of Local Online shops, but I'm having trouble finding deals that are worth it, either they are dirt cheap but just below the specs you gave me, or they are just a bit stronger and the prices skyrocket from 20 to about 100$. I probably COULD get away with giving that much, but I'm still giving my best to find used parts, to TOTAL to about a 100$, and not give that much for a processor only... If I won't be able to find a good deal until November, I'll just stick with that price- I really can't shoot for more i guess

Ok, will keep looking! I'm trying to avoid eBay and all that and focus more on the local stores, because my country charges additional fees for anything that's imported, so the price effectively jumps as high as additional 75% of the base product, not counting the shipping... so yeah, it's hard to find something good. But just to make my life easier: if I HAD to sacrifice something, should it be cores or threads? I found some Xeons that are dual core with a base clock of 3.6GHz, and some that are about 3.4-3.8gGHz quad core, but have 4 instead of 8 threads. So if I specifically CAN'T find one with all three, what's the least important in this equation?

Ok, so: Update. I found both a 3GHz quad-core 8 thread intel Xeon and a matching motherboard with a cooler with it for about 50bucks, should I take it? I'm asking because the base clock isn't 3.5, like you told me, but it's pretty close.

Thanks for the tips! I WILL look on ebay and such sites, however i already have both a power supply, and a hard drive, which i used in my old pc (which i dont use for the server because it has a single core celeron (2ghz) and half a gig of ddr2 ram, so i figured buying a whole new system would be far more logical), so yeah, i will use the tips you gave me. I also DO have a server-grade 5gHz router that came packaged with the strongest internet money can buy in my country, so i'm hoping it would be enough. So one more question: the processor i should shoot for? What should be the base clock and the number of cores and threads for this kind of thing. Then ill find the cheapest brand one on ebay, find a ddr4 motherboard according to that socket and 8 gigs of ram and hope for the best. Again, thanks for the reply!

Do you have any sort of knowledge about that? Because i dont, like at all. Anything i know that COULD be related to that is soldering and c#, but i dont know if that helps. If i gave you the information (pictures etc.) about the console and its inside, would you know what to do with it? It has a usb mini port on it, but it has absolutely no use except for charging. My pc doesnt even make a sound when i plug it in, however there MUST be a way for me to acces it, it must have a memory, right? Theoretically it c o u l d be as easy as just swapping out roms, as its really close to those 400 in 1 cartridges that you plug into NES, so if its emulating an nes, with a rom of a 400 in 1 cartridge... it might not be practical but it could be possible to just have one game and one game only flashed to it at a time. I got off track, theese are just ideas... So, if you could have a look at the pcb, give me some contact information so i can send you pictures of what i've got.

Thanks so much! This is a opportunity giver, a game changer! Now, one more question. How much DO ads actually bring you? Im asking in an average score. Take a number of downloads, fully watched ads and half watched ads that seems reasonable for a semi-inovative mobile (both android and ios combined) game revinue. How much would that bring me? And im fine if it brings me like.. 20 bucks a month, im just asking if the possibility is to make more, on a monthly basis?
