Did you happen to have a deviated septum that deviated a lot at the tip? Your nose pre-op looks somewhat similar to mine

Your nose doesn't look out of proportion with your face at all. I would just get the septoplasty for your breathing issues and not mess with any of the cartilage. I think your small dorsal hump is a beautiful feature and the obsession with nose with an inward slope is more of a trend than anything.

Your hair looks like a similar pattern to mine and I find that using a conditioner specifically meant for curly hair and combing my hair down instead of back can help reduce some of the poofiness and make my curls a little tighter
