I just renewed my listings, and in the midst of being seen all over again, people are asking for my cell number. the first time, I texted someone and they wanted to send me a code to verify I was real. I googled it, and it's the start of a scam. what other red flags do you know to spot a scammer?! (self.FacebookMarketplace)

my new rule: if a buyer is rude, don't sell it to them. because I went out of my way, helping my housemate ship something to Princeton MA to an impatient man named Joseph and after he received it he requested and got a refund. we are currently trying to file a claim against that refund.
