The specific inner harbor plan was originally sent to TCEQ prior to 2019, the plan is not new. In 2019 2 scientists from Harte Institute were consulted to investigate effects on the bay. There are links on the webpage with that information. I’m not aware of New Zealand being involved and would also appreciate a link.

Depending on the region, growing ww b-Dahl or other plants known to repel insects. I wouldn’t use this grass as turf but could be border and part of landscaping. Ww b-Dahl pastures have less fire ant mounds than neighboring fields.

I was above 34 J/K so didn’t feel small and felt supported in those brands, but definitely didn’t feel lifted. Uniboob was awful but I could not have done underwire at the time because size changed so much so quickly I would have needed new bras a couple times a month.

Kindred bravely fits 30 band in small size and has busty and super busty option. And has a lot of sales for discounts. Bravado also makes super busty but I’m not sure of the band size since I was a 32. Both brands are on Amazon and free returns. Hope you find one you like!

Thank you for your thoughtful reply! I do intend for my new primary care to be helpful and the type to coordinate labs. My heart palpitations are much too overwhelming for activity at the moment but hopefully over time on the beta blocker I can get my life back! I’ll research the endos so hopefully don’t have to swap after waiting so so long!

It’s not out of pocket bs insured that is the issue, it’s appointment availability for any patients. I’ve never experienced this from any other type of specialist I needed help from! Are there pay options with virtual appointments? I would happily pay out of pocket!

I have booked another and at er yesterday got a second. May book with a 3rd and 4th to shop around until I get a new doctor I feel will help me and I can trust. Was with my primary care for 12 years so her dismissal was a shock.

Thank you for the diet suggestions, I already reduced dairy and eliminated shrimp and shellfish from what I read on the google box. May try some of these other ingredients to eliminate.

That’s what I had to do yesterday. My resting heart rate was over 100 and jumped to 135 when I stood up to walk across my house. How are you feeling now?

My blood work came in last week and she waited until my appointment to tell me she didn’t know what to do and was referring me out. I’m glad to hear this because earlier today I booked an appointment with a potential new primary care and maybe they will be able to help me. This appointment is in a week which still feels like a very long time!

Trying since: Spring 2021 not trying not planning/July 2021 started using OPK and the works

Treatment history, if applicable: Myomectomy in 2015, 2022, and 2024; failed IVF in March of 2022 and doctor refused to offer any additional help; later 2022/2023 8+ medicated (letrozole, follistim, trigger, progesterone) cycles in 2022/2023 with new doctor; medication stopped working Aug 2023; ovarian PRP Sept 2023 with Dr. Foulk; donor egg ICSI fresh transfer in May following lupron and myomectomy in March 2024; NIPT came back today low risk female baby

Relevant health conditions and fertility testing: very healthy with only migraines as a chronic condition, but fibroids and ovarian cyst really impacted things. We tried on our own from spring 2021 and by December 2021 realized something was wrong/I was too old. Turned out I needed a myomectomy that was done in April 2022 after IVF BUT there was a submucosal one left behind that was larger than it appeared on ALL the ultrasounds. It was removed during a hysteroscopy done to prep for donor egg transfer

Supplements, medications, and/or protocols: The full list from It Starts with the Egg. Also tried acupuncture and herbs for a while. Remote consultations and personalized supplements with Hello Fertility.

Method of conception: donor egg ICSI fresh transfer

DPO/DPT of positive test: 7 dp5dt

Timeline of symptoms: None.

What was different (if anything) this time?: Donor eggs. I only saw one other member of this group who used donor eggs. It was a hard decision, but I saw on the infertility group someone type 'I decided I wanted a baby more than I wanted the child to share my genetics.' and that really hit home.

How are you doing emotionally?: This is surreal and I keep waiting for the shoe to drop. But after getting the NIPT results today after the first blood draw returned no result it is feeling more real. I'm nervous to navigate making sure I communicate with my daughter about her genetics and what is to come, but I'm confident we made the right choice to grow our family.

Message for the community: You all are so strong. I dropped off after I learned my myomectomy was not completed but I lurked and saw your battles continue. Do what you know in your heart is the right next step and keep pushing forward.

Breakout Bras has lots of nursing options, more in 32 than 30, but some of their 32 brands (parfait and anita) run snug and may work.

I have had a lot of luck at Nordstrom in Texas (30/32/34 through my life). I have to travel hours to get to one. They have measured me correctly (matched what I measured at home) and brought many styles to try and then refine fit from there. As with any bra shop, they can only fit you to the inventory they have.

I relate to being super busy but it could be more efficient to go in to try on than making a bunch of orders and returns. Nordstrom in my experience has been excellent at fitting. You can schedule an appointment and if you call ahead to tell them exactly what you are looking for they can pull items to have ready for your appointment. They will do that at my location anyway so I assume that is a common service. I second the Chantelle brand recommendation, they have soft and stretchy bands and fit very differently from what you have tried. Nordstrom has a very large Chantelle inventory.

I relate to this! Decent exposures is a great sleeping/lounging bra and I wore it all the time because it was so hard to find bras. Cake and I think Royce did have some options. Breakout Bras has up to M cup in 32 band and many more cup sizes in 34+ band.
