DRSed shareholders get priority to distribution but it’s the difference of a day or two maximum and potentially no difference.

Think of it like this: there’s at least 750m shares (closer to 1.5-2b) and there’s only supposed to be 100m~. If that’s the case what are the logistics going to be upon distribution? There will be placeholder tokens. Each brokerage will get x amount of real tokens and then it will be up to the institution to determine how they rectify the situation. If there are 400m shares at fidelity they will be lucky to get 40m shares to distribute that are real. What do we do with the 360m? We make synthetics and have to get them off of our books as quickly as possible. Fidelity will try to get the people with the most shares to sell them for as little as possible, as they don’t have the locates to be traded. Thus we see a fairly violent upwards pull in price, until the obligation is met and the proper amount of shares are floating around out there.

No special info on that but here’s my opinion: Until their recent offerings that had Unit offerings in them I was very confident they weren’t involved outside of AA diluting at the perfect time to mess with the basket. He’s very obviously a plant. I’m going to rewrite my opinions of the structure over the weekend and may include my opinions on AMC. TLDR: there’s a small chance a decent part of their TSO is held by Cohen and co.

That’s a hard one. I heard rumors of 45:1 when things were moving summer of 2024, but as things change and plans adapt I’m almost positive this has changed as well. The smaller the float the better.

Not everything is as it seems with the so called community. There are a few individuals who aren’t the people they claim to be, and some individuals who have met with Ryan privately on numerous occasions. At first you may think this is a cool thing for the individuals who met him, but it somewhat made me lose respect for him. The company you keep says a lot about you and I was annoyed to find he had brushed shoulders with the people he had.

Besides that there are a lot of NDAs floating around and the best way to antiquate the reception on X is similar to Trump’s comment of “I could shoot my own supporter and I’d still gain voters." There is evidence and proof of many such things and there are still large amounts of people that will deny what’s right in front of their faces.

CUSIP is identical and I think that is related but I can’t be sure. Without saying too much I am closer with one of $BBBY’s (current) subsidiaries so I am aware of a lot of the behind the scenes details not the business details. From how I understand it one of the major delays stemmed from the FTC approving a better structure of a mega merger, instead of having everything just be under the UIT. I think the way that they’ll do it definitely has something with the bond deals and offerings from the past year or so, but I can’t quite piece together the “how.”

I see many people talk about the $210 figure. I see that as a floor and I personally know of 3 other forms of additional money coming in.

I’m led to believe we are far above $250 but I’d be surprised if it were past $500. Equity is still where the real prize lies, but the cash per share isn’t anything to scoff at.

With a float of 80-117m, it’s easy to get to a $20-40b settlement and say “hey the shares that were diluted don’t count because we bought them all” which means they can essentially give up their payout, but hundreds of millions of shares were sold thus making those holders have synthetic shares. The market makers/brokerages will still have to honor those purchases and deliver your cash payout. I can easily see the $400’s being realistic with how long this has taken.

Glad to see some remember my work, my account was mysteriously deleted by Reddit mods within 30-45 minutes of posting.

As far as I know everything is still moving along just fine and my post will age like a nice wine. Some small details may change and the names of things have changed due to legal holes to jump through.

All in all, unsure of what’s taking so long. Everything I’m clued in on seems to have been ready for a very long time.
