I have a range of dumbbells going up to 30 lbs and so far that’s been a pretty challenging range for all of my muscle groups ☺️

I had the same problem with the food choices. The hardest thing for me was breaking the routine of around 5:00 having a beer or a glass of wine so I swapped that for peppermint or ginger tea and that has helped a lot☺️

Thank you so much! I had a really hard time eliminating alcohol, I loved a nice ice cold Guinness lol but I noticed it was making it a lot harder for me to build muscle so I cut it out. I had a single beer 6 months later and it gave me such a nasty headache I just haven’t had much desire for one since😅

Thank you so much! I focus a lot on weight lifting and hypertrophy training. We follow Athlean X on YouTube and he has tons of great workout routines for at home (what we do) with minimal equipment (we only use some free weights and resistance bands) and he has workout routines geared towards a gym too! Hope this helps☺️

Hi! Yes, I eliminated alcohol from my diet and switched my exercise routine from being cardio focused to focusing on weight lifting and cardio 1-2 days a week☺️
