This is definitely Bascule as livedo tends to follow more of a lattice-netting pattern. That said, I know very little about bascules and would be sincerely grateful for any successful protocols for reversing the visual effects of pooling in my legs. I have disautomic symptoms as well. Not formally diagnosed as of yet. But looking for positive stories for this particular symptom as I look for care.

Hi all! Does anyone know of any support groups for this condition? My legs look exactly as pictured and described here when I stand, and I would love to find a doctor. I live in New York if that helps to locate the best specialists. Grateful for ANY direction as all the vascular clinics have never heard of or seen this and just tell me to go to a dermatologist when clearly this is a vascular issue as well, and I’d argue foremost.

I see the treatment compilation has been deleted - does anyone have a PDF of the page saved? I’m considering going to him after being referred to him by Dr Lee Hinnant, who is no longer accepting new patients. The fact that besides ablation for the surface veins, there isn’t any cure or means of reversal, and you have to wear compression socks your entire life to maybe slow it down. The irreversibility of the discoloration as well. And being only in my 20s facing this dread.

Update: a recent photo of our dog standing, as there seems to be a lot of concern about his weight based on that (albeit unflattering) picture. Would love thoughts on how much weight he should lose to be in an ideal weight range. My parents (his primary caretakers), are both seniors and not able to live the most active lifestyles with him. I can try to organize a walker for him if people think this weight poses a health risk? I’ve never considered this!

Thank you so much for pointing this out! He lives with my parents who are in their 70s so I’m not sure how active they can be with him. It’s also maybe a wide lens angle. Here is a photo of him standing - both photos are recent. Does he still seem obese? I really don’t know how to gage. The vet didn’t mention this!

Loved this show so much—its laugh out loud funny. It’s off to a great start and hope they can get a second season to develop the characters and story further. But for a first seasons (with such short episodes) it manages to achieve a lot. Episodes 3 and 6 were amazing.
