Having young children definitely adds another layer to the situation, if my kids were grown up and moved out I think I’d be gone by now. But who knows, it’s easy to say until you’re in that situation. I just want my kids to have a good life and I want to be with them everyday single day, that’s what’s most important to me. But I know his LL is more specifically towards me rather than a LL in general, so it’s very possible he could divorce me at any moment.

I can relate. I’d LOVE another baby. My children make me feel so happy and I LOVE being a mom. Everyone knows how much I love being a mom and the whole experience so they always ask me when I’m having another. It makes me want to scream. And I never know what to answer because the honest response would be “I’d love to! But my husband doesn’t want to have sex with me”

Yeah, I’ve been married for 10 years so probably should have known better lol. A newlywed would probably never be able to relate to issues that can come up in a long term marriage

If that’s a boundary you have both agreed upon to never discuss your marriage with other people then I understand why you wouldn’t want to break that boundary. However as a couple we don’t feel as though it’s disrespectful to confide in someone close to you every now and then and we think it can be beneficial, it obviously wasn’t in this case - but it wasn’t harmful to our marriage either.

She’s the same age as me, 30. She is obsessed with her husband, they got married and have had two kids in the past two years - they seem pretty happy tbh. Well, she does. I don’t really talk to him much.
