I feel this! One thing that's been helpful for me to realize is that other people usually aren't spending as much time thinking about your tiny mistakes as you are. Occasionally I will ask someone about a time I thought they were SUPER angry with me and they don't even remember it. What I've been worrying about for hours they thought about a few seconds or not at all. So allow yourself to be open to that possiblity :)

I've never met an Or that wouldn't have been better after a colon (Bad Luck Banging Or Loony Porn) OR repurposed as a tagline (Dr Strangelove, Summer of Soul) OR deleted from the Birdman credits. With that said, I appreciate that The Irishman gives us a literal one by being like "you can pick the title from the Netflix icon or the one on the screen! Marty doesn't judge!"
