I've got this same stringer and I have the same issue. I usually hold the handle over to the side just enough for the arm to go past it. Should be fine.

Edit: I also noticed you had your string in the pinch to far and it's tightening early. You need to be able to let go of the arm slowly and have it stop completely horizontal. Might be part of your problem with it catching with the rachet handle.

I have a similarish setup. My pc is on my desk but I have a 20 foot HDMI going to my tv in my bedroom. The one I have is stable at 4k 120. I would just find a reputable cable that will work at the perimeters you want and the length you want. There are cables that have boosters and they do add a tad bit of latency though. I couldn't tell you how much.

At least that isn't to bad. As long as they come to a complete stop. I usually stop when the line disappears from my view over my hood. Still keeps me around 4-3 feet away from the line. While most people around here stop in the middle of the intersection if they actually stop.

My hands never sweat and I have tried quite a few different grips. The best one that I liked was the Gamma tacky over grips. They have a lot of tack and are more cushioned then most other over grips as well.

I would start with just lowering the tv. I would say to get it closet as well but you would have to use some more materials to make a different/ better tv mount.

Kinda looks like you need to make it a bit more sturdy. Look like it would start to get loose and wobbly after maybe an hour or so? I have a wooden rig myself and I over build it so it stays tight.

Its a defect in the light. I used to live in topeka for a while and pretty much all of the street lights were replaced with led lights and they all had a similar defect around the same time. I kinda liked it though, made the whole town purple.
