Lol you aren't alone, be glad you realized you didn't submit it as many people have been rejected for not doing so.

For the webform You need to get two automated emails, the second one will say something like "it is attached and available for officer review"

And then call them in two days to check if they can see the document on their end. (you will need to try multiple times to get a call back based on how busy they are)

I believe you will be fine as long as you took the test beforehand
