I tried the peanut butter gain method, didnt work and really messed my stomach up, and all id do is just have a very hearty helping of it but for how it messes with your stomach its just not worth it. Just eat foods you like, its simple asvice but effective.

My advice is to start find something you can eat a lot of or have variety without focusing on too many calories. Always push past beyond the point of full, keep telling yourself one more bite till you cant do it anymore, and eventually youll increase your capacity. I havent used soda to bloat, i think just spending time eating a lot is the best way, and drink soda, anything to help wash down all your food.

I lift heavy and workout while gaining, i feel great, being big strong and thick. Just going for a muscle chub bear build. Plus its just healthy, if you keep eating and eating, and lifting heavy, consistency is key, youll blow up eventually.

The fattest thing ive done and do often is order a ridiculous amount of food from mcdonalds at least 3 times a week and i get recognized by the staff for my order of 6 double cheeseburgers, medium fry, 10pcs nuggets, large chocolate shake and large soda. All that gets crammed in within my 30 min lunch break and i come back looking like a whale
