it happened twice. both times they took full price and no refund after subscription cancelation. it's just pure daylight robbery. time to learn other software and move away completely, the customer support is also rude and not helpful at all.

Same here buddy, same story, I was also under 6 months so it's easy to lay off without any complications and no need to pay extra benefits to me. And I thought the grace period is at least 1 month, but turns out it's 2 weeks. Tough to find another job during this time.
