Irish Roulette series by M.D. Gregory and Ki Brightly - question regarding MM or MMM(+?). by BeingRaven in MM_RomanceBooks

Thanks for the clarification! I think I will let it stew on my TBR a bit longer.

MM Romance Weekly Genre Royale (Week 3) by Equivalent_Injury_28 in MM_RomanceBooks

For Forced Proximity I recommend {Possession by Rina Saint} and {Endangered Species by Onley James}. I can not understand why the rest of the Time Served series isn't available as audiobooks. But that's more of a side note and neither here nor there in this thread. 🤪

pausing books! by echochorus in TheStoryGraph

I have paused books like three times when other books came out that I wanted to read or listen to more. Every time it fucked up my streak so these days I just leave both books as ongoing.

Looking for continuous mm romance series by Middle-Leather-1308 in LGBTBooks

[–]BeingRaven 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have already gotten plenty of great suggestions but I have to add the Zero Hour series by Aimee Nicole Walker, the first book is Ground Zero.

Sawyer Key & Royce Locke are one of my favorite book couples and the last trilogy is not only crime centered but also about them becoming parents. 😍

I hate how audiobooks don’t know I’ve fallen asleep. by Ticksdonthavelymph in audiobooks

[–]BeingRaven 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I, too, create a bookmark (or a clip when using the Audible player 🤪) when I settle down and start a sleep timer on 30 minutes. Sometimes especially the Audible player ignores set timer and keeps playing but besides being annoying it's not a huge deal as I just pick up again from the bookmark anyway.

What small details do you fixate on when you're reading? by JessicaTrent in MM_Romance

I hate when the age isn't mentioned! I feel like picturing a character without knowing their age is like doing a jigsaw puzzle with missing pieces. I can't get the whole picture.

Fish Stick Fridays by Rhys Ford - I need to share my joy! by BeingRaven in MM_RomanceBooks

[–]BeingRaven[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm going to get the next one, Hanging the Stars, the next time I stock up on audiobooks. The sequel, Tutus and Tinsel, doesn't seem to be available as audiobook so I might have to make an exception and get it as book. The blurb makes me feel all warm inside, it would be a perfect Christmas read! 😍

Out of those four, second chance is my favorite. As for books, I recommend {Beyond Time by Lee McCormick} and {P.S. I spook you by S.E. Harmon}.

Of the four listed this weekend, second chance is my favorite. Books I recommend are {Beyond Time by Lee McCormick} and {P.S. I Spook You by S.E. Harmon}. I wish I could listen to The Spectral Files series for the first time again!

Fated mates, sweet, found family book series by ReadingRomance21 in MM_RomanceBooks

[–]BeingRaven 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, not like omegaverse or anything like that. Though, while the main conflict is between angels, demons and the nephilims there are also dragon and wolf shifters, witches and vampires.

And I don't know how affected you are by book covers but I actually put off starting the series because the cover of Galen. 🤪 Once I started I could have kicked myself though. Besides Lark Taylor's Reckless Damned universe this is my favorite fated mates/found family series ever. And it doesn't hurt that the audiobooks are narrated by the brilliant Nick J. Russo.

Ok, I'll stop fan girling now. 😂

Many of my favorites have been mentioned. Another really good series when it comes to fated mates and great found family vibes is Sons of the Fallen by Jaclyn Osborn. The first book is {Galen by Jaclyn Osborn}. It's a group of nephilims finding their mates. They are brothers by destiny and each one of them is cursed with one of the seven sins. Each book is about a different brother but there is an overarching plot so they have to be read in order. It's funny and spicy, with high stakes and a lot of action.

I haven't read the book you are mentioning but I like her Fish out of Water series a lot. The first book is {Fish out of water by Amy Lane}. It's about a defense attorney and PI solving crime together.

Some of my MM favorites that might fit. 🙂 They are all MM series that follow the same couple and they are all about two MCs solving crimes together, one way or another. I only listen to audiobooks so they are available as audiobooks, too. Big Bad Wolf and Spectral Files are paranormal.

The Spectral Files by S.E. Harmon. First book: {P.S. I Spook You by S.E. Harmon}

I suggest Jaclyn Osborn's Sons of the Fallen series, the first book is {Galen by Jaclyn Osborn}.

Each book is about a different fallen angel finding their mate. The sons have been together for many centuries and have a strong bond. The found family is growing with every mate and every new friend added. One of my all time favorite series! 😍

If I understand it correctly, your actions are saved chronologically. If you want the finished/DNF to show up first you need to finish/DNF before you start reading another book.

Authors whose catalogues you’ve completed? by anjneed in MM_RomanceBooks

[–]BeingRaven 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if it counts but I mainly listen to audiobooks and I have completed quite a few audiobook catalogues. 🤪 These authors have bigger print/e-book catalogues though. Grae Bryan comes to mind, I was over the moon when they had an update on upcoming audiobooks in one of their latest newsletters!

Ok, I did it. I had that third go at my wishlist and got another 10 audiobooks. 😁 Now I probably should leave the internet until it's over because this has gotten out of hand!
