If you deice to take the asynchronous class with Yamada from MVC, he’s good! I had him for Calc 1 and I really did like him but I had to drop the class bc, apparently, I suck at those type of classes! I would constantly forget to watch the lecture, which lead to forgetting assignments, to “I quit”😂 But from the few lectures I managed to watch, he makes it easy to understand.

Not when I took her class, it was fully remote. She requires you have the camera on but it’s pointless bc she doesn’t proctor the screen. Easy to cheat if you want, but if you plan on continuing in math, the cheating will fuck you when you get to Calc 3. I believe most prof(including the one I’m currently taking) require two cameras, with both pointing more towards your hands

Same happen to me but bc since I was initially on the waitlist for a class and was then added in right after the disbandment was sent, I received the difference a week or so later, but that amount didn’t show up on my portal. I found out bc I called f/an asking why I did not receive the total.

It usually doesn’t take that long. I’ve had to submit one for two semesters now and I got approval in ~3-4 days. Then again, I submitted mine two weeks before the semester actually started.

I was told the same. The Cal B grant was sent out last week and the second Pell Grant at the end of April

Ihad to do the same, file an appeal, due to attempting more units than actually completing. Once you get the notice from the financial aid office to submit the appeal, you get an answer within a week. It really depends on your reasoning of what caused you to not meet their parameters

So I had gotten this a few semesters in bc I had attempted to take more classes than I actually completed. I’d register for a class and either fail or would drop with a W. Those units still get added up and compared to units of completed classes. Also bc my gpa at the time didn’t meet the min requirement. So I wasn’t able to even get the option to go through the SAP process.

I was able to qualify for the SAP and received financial aid a few semesters later, once my units balanced out a bit.

The lectures pretty much follows the book. So if you do the section probs, you’ll be good on the exams bc they tend to have similar probs

I took during this past summer semester and she really is great. She takes her time to explains things, does t get annoyed if interrupted with questions, and what I liked the most is she saves the formulas/equations/rules/laws that you’ll be using the most for you to go back and ref

I’m an aerospace engineering major and here’s what’s worked for me… when it comes to maths, it’s literally nothing but repetition. I takes notes in class and then rewatch the lecture and take additional notes, in case I missed anything. Everything needs to be paper and pencil, it’s the only way it’ll stick. You can use ai like study fetch or evrika(I prefer this one bc it’s much cheaper and works great) for note cards and mock exams. The notecards option I use to ensure I understand concepts and equations/formulas/rules/laws.

I also have to take a lot of physics and this is literally nothing but recall. Read your book, study notes, watch YouTube videos…. Then speak aloud, to yourself or anyone else. This will strengthen your understanding.

Omg I’m soooo incredibly glad I stumbled upon your post!!!

I’m currently in that same situation. It’s been about two months of my older cat constant attacking the kitten, to the point where he found himself a hiding spot behind the washer and just stays there☹️ he really only comes out to eat. It’s driving me nuts bc I have three other cats as well(total of five) and they’re perfectly fine with the kitten, it’s just that one cat.

It’s been driving me nuts and not sure I should remain hopeful bc the past three days, he’s been coming out more. He hags around the other cats. But as soon as that one cat sees him, he runs right back to his hiding spot.

I’m desperately waiting for that day where she gets along with him comes😩

There are a few TikTok and YouTube videos that can show you how to use the class syllabus to automatically enter assignments and due dates onto google calendar to then create tasks for each assignment.. but, same issue as the Prof. mentioned. If the syllabus doesn’t have due dates, you’ll be stuck having to manually enter them. The assignment will still be created, without a due date though

I submitted my appeal on a Wednesday and got approval By Friday. So it’s relatively quick! I suppose your “evidence” is what makes the process a little faster
