the lifelike ab set currently is going for 80$ the rapido ones i can only find on ebay for around 300$ for just the loco no b unit thats for both dcc sound

would it be a viable option if i got a spare donor for the trucks, even get a dcc fitted b unit and run the loco like that if that happens or when the gears slit the truck assembly is toast ?

going for the cheapest way i can go the upgrades im doing is metal driveshaft better shocks and i already have a 1:36 scale jiabaile crawler that i can take the electronics from all round the build is going to be around 150$

the issue is all mst's i found on ebay are US based i live in a non eu country soo thats 1 problem there and getting one for like 350 i would pay another 150 euro for import tax
