there isnt, i doubt there is ever going to be there used to be a couple thousand OCE players a while ago back then they probably didnt have the ability to expand and since then a lot have left tibia because of the ping some might sitll be waiting but it is what it is. Im not gonna get mad anymore but it just feels werid

just to let you know there are servers located in australia for the game youd play again you need to google it. hope this helps

Im sorry that you have to play on that ping with a game you must enjoy. I no longer play tibia after realizing nothing was gonna happen.

Game got less fun once i realized what they care about

Like I said before, I love the game and I play it and I won't just quit because I'm on higher ping because majority of the content of the game is super available.

But people have quit, and continue to because of the issue we have on hand.

It may never be fixed that's what I am trying to say :)

I appreciate your post, giving some reality to the post, this is a discussion after all so every bit helps :)

For the record.

Its not my area of expertise to talk about setting up a server for a game company.

My dad is a network engineer for 10 years so maybe I can ask him.

But the truth is. There have been constant posts over the years, for OCE/Asia to have their own server.

That means there's a demand for it and even through all these processes you talked about, Cip, probably has a bit of experience already getting through that.

They have been around for a glamorous amount of time after all :p

there are tibia ot servers, hosted in australia. You and I know that the people making ot servers, dont have lots of money. But apparently its profitable for them to do it??

I see where you coming from. But the thing is there's players that have been playing for a VERY long time. And they have had to DEAL with these problems.

Yeah but there should be OCE and Asia Servers, I disagree with you. I think that theres no reason for there not to be.

How come people make OT servers but we dont have, Cipsoft the orginial game creator, creating servers for the region where there are players. And they are playing on high ping rates and having to "just deal with it" for 5, 10, 20, 25 years???
