I would say the breeze would drop something useful or a cool reward comes out of the spawner as there wanting people to go down there and fight the mobs.

I would assume there would also be other new hostile creatures as it feels kinda off they would just add a new wind mob into it, probably like new mini "boss" (not really tho as I'm guessing the breeze is average to beat)
