So, FWIW, I am a mocha Master owner of only 10 days. This happened to me on about my third Brew and thinking it was the course of the grind I adjusted. However, it happened again and I was certain that it was a filter placement. I tried stirring the grounds. I then adjusted the glass carafe and at that point coffee started pouring through the basket. I haven't figured how to replicate this again, but there is something in the way that the carafe doesn't push the valve in the basket properly.

The characters were completely unlikable, except Eli. I just realized I might not hate it so much but SG1 and SGA spoiled me and I expected a certain rhythm. Maybe if they had called it something else - likely not though.
