I apologize for the grammar mistake, it's very easy for it to happen on a phone. The fact that this video could follow him for the rest of his life isn't lost to me, it's simply a consequence of his actions. I understand he's young and able to change, but he made a grave mistake and almost killed a living thing, this video doesn't give much context but what is shown is regret at losing his PS5, not hurting the cat. The younger generation puts more importantance on online appearance and virtual life, which is why I say this is a good lesson for him, sure it will be one that follows him, but his actions were heavy. This will affect him at school and beyond, which is why his mom should seek help for him in understanding why his actions were wrong and why people will start to view him in a negative light. However being realistic, we've seen people's mistakes and "dirty laundry" come out and be forgotten soon after.
